Receive an email Invitation

If accepted, you’ll receive an invitation to schedule your Fundability Assessment call.

On that call, we’ll review your current setup, confirm scope, walk through timeline, answer final questions, secure your 14-day build slot.

Secure Your Spot

If everything feels aligned on both sides, a deposit of at least 50% of the project cost, is required to secure your project date.

From there, we begin onboarding immediately.

    It’s stable, secure, low-maintenance, and easy for nonprofit teams to manage long-term.

    No plugins. No fragile tech stacks. No developer dependency.

    You will have full ownership and admin access and you can remove our access when you’re ready.

  • That’s completely normal.

    We guide you through a structured onboarding process and handle the writing for your core website pages and automations.

    You won’t be staring at a blank Google Doc wondering what to say.

  • Absolutely. As long as there is one clear decision-maker involved.

    We move quickly. You’ll need someone empowered to approve content, provide materials, and keep momentum moving during the 14-day build.

  • You own everything.

    Your website, automations, domain, donation platform, and analytics accounts are fully under your control.

    No retainers. No required maintenance contracts. No hidden fees.

    *We act as your tech support team for 30 days post-project, completely free.

    If you want ongoing support following that, it’s optional at a monthly fee— but not required or upsold to you.

  • You don’t need to be.

    The system is built to be simple and manageable. You’ll receive a recorded walkthrough and access to a training portal so your team understands exactly how everything works.

    You won’t just have the system — you’ll know how to use it.

    It will require your commitment to watching the training videos, to fully understand your infrastructure.

  • Yes, at least 50% of the total cost is due up front.

    *Payment plans are available with a small added fee to ensure payment completion.

    Because this is a full implementation completed within a 14-day timeline, payment secures your build slot and production schedule.

    If a payment plan is selected, ownership of your website and all assets will be transferred to you upon your final payment.
